Data Deletion

You can ask Prince Visa Service Ltd to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.

How to request deletion

Email info@princevisa.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, sent from the email address registered on your Prince Visa account, and include:

Your details

Your full name and the email address (and phone number, if any) used on your account, so we can find it.

What to delete

Whether you want your whole account deleted, or only particular information such as a traveller profile or uploaded documents.

What happens next

We may contact you to confirm the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything. We will then delete your account and personal data, and confirm by email once it is done, normally within 30 days of your request.

Some records cannot be deleted straight away, such as invoices and payment records we must keep by law, and any information connected to a visa application that is still being processed. These are kept only for as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove Prince Visa from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. This stops us receiving any further information from Facebook. To delete the data we already hold, email us as described above.
